Processing Time: Each customized order is carefully made just for you. Please allow 3–4 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Customized Items: Because each product is made-to-order and personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.

We will offer a replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Customized Items: If you purchase any standard, non-custom item, you may return it within 7 days in its original condition for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy: Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
